FREE LIMITED DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Spend $120 or more in the Clark Rubber Online store to receive the Limited Free Delivery offer. This offer is limited to deliveries within 20 km of the Clark Rubber store fulfilling the order.
Limited Free Delivery applies to one store per $120 spent. If your order is split between multiple stores, you may no longer qualify for free delivery.
Excludes deliveries to private mailboxes (PMB) and does not apply to purchases of Bulky Goods. Bulky Goods for the purposes of these terms and conditions means, without limitation, Clark Pools and Spas, Filtrite spas, queen size and king size foam mattresses, rubber pavers, pre-cut utility mat, Clark Rubber ute matting, Ultimate matting, big rib matting, anti-slip rubber matting, ultra frame pools, prism frame pools, metal frame pools, easy set pools, PureSpas, mega water parks, Crocpad slides, Crocpad mats, Crocpad pontoons, 5kg crumbed foam.
All deliveries will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm at the address specified by the purchaser. An authorized person must be present at the nominated address to receive and be able to sign for the delivery. Clark Rubber will not be held responsible for any deliveries to an incorrect address where the purchaser provided the incorrect address at the time of purchase. Clark Rubber is not able to provide advance notification of a delivery date or time as all deliveries are carried out by a third-party supplier. This is why it is important that an authorized person is present at the delivery address to verify and sign for the goods.

HOW THE ORDER IS PROCESSED
Any Click & Collect order will be processed within 1 business day (you will be notified via email when ready for collection), with process timing dependent on availability of product. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss further options.
Any home delivery order will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. Dispatch timing dependent on availability of product, third-party courier company's collection timetable and the delivery location. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss further options.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME-FRAME
Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-8 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. Clark Pool Packages are dispatched within 2 weeks from date of purchase.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery addresses should only be made to a place where a person can verify the goods have been delivered (ie: a business address during 9:00am-5:00pm). There must be an authorized person during this period to receive and be able to sign for the delivery. Deliveries will occur Monday to Friday, not on weekends or public holidays. Please note we are not responsible for loss or incorrect deliveries if the original input of the address was incorrect. Advance notification of delivery day, date or time by phone or email is not possible. Since we use third party delivery, we are unable to provide this service, which is why we stress it is important to have a person at the premises to verify the goods have arrived.
At the time of placing your order online, you will be advised and charged a delivery fee. There may be additional delivery fees, depending on the factors listed above. The final delivery fee will be confirmed by the Clark Rubber store responsible for fulfilling your order. If you do not accept any additional delivery fee, you may choose to cancel your order in which case any payment will be refunded.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Your chosen store will contact you with a time frame for you to pick up your order, within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability. When you collect your order you will need to sign for your order and provide adequate identification. Please bring photo ID that reflects the name and address used to place the order. Orders will only be released to customers with who can provide this form of identification.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so please select carefully.
However, in the event that you are not satisfied, we will happily arrange for the exchange or refund of any goods purchased at any Clark Rubber store, provided that:
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase;
- You must have proof of purchase, typically your receipt;
- The item is not soiled, damaged, is in original and resalable condition and is in its original undamaged packaging (including any accessories and instruction manuals);
- The item for hygiene reasons, is not a bedding or foam product;
- The item has not been cut to length or size, or is a Special Order*; and
- The item is not sold to you as a clearance ticketed item.
Change of mind policy does not apply for Clark Rubber Marketplace and Clark Rubber Direct from Warehouse products (products delivered from our central warehouse).
We will refund your money the same way you purchased the item.
The rights provided to you in this policy are in addition to your statutory rights.
* Special Orders means orders for goods that are not in stock and the goods were specially obtained for you.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact the Clark Rubber Online Shop on 13 80 90 (press ‘2’ for Online Shop) to be advised on the best store to visit to return/exchange your item. Please note all returns must have a copy of your order receipt accompanying the item.
1. By Post:
Please pack up any item you would like to return and send it with a copy of your receipt to the address of the Clark Rubber store nominated on your receipt. Please take care to protect the item when posting. The return postage is your responsibility. If possible, return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is faulty*, we will refund the cost of postage to return the faulty product, and we will also cover the cost for postage to send the new product to you. Please speak with the Clark Rubber Online Shop on 138090 (press '2' for Online Shop) for any queries regarding faulty products.
If you are returning due to change of mind, then you will incur the cost of postage. Once we have received the product in store, your refund for the cost of product will be processed by the online store. We will not be able to refund the delivery portion of the payment.
2. In Person:
You can return any item to any Clark Rubber store for a refund or exchange. Please ensure you have your original receipt with you as proof of purchase. If products purchased online are returned to store, please note refunds are processed via the online store and funds will take up to five days to be returned to your account. We will not refund the delivery portion of the sale for change of mind returns. If the product is faulty*, we can exchange the product in store.
HOW MUCH WILL BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED
Your money will be refunded the same way that you made your purchased. This means, we will either credit your credit card account or your PayPal account, once the goods have been returned to the store. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are faulty*, in which case we will refund the original postage amount once the item has been received back to the Clark Rubber store.
* Items will be deemed faulty once they have been returned to the store and verified.
Please note: The postage cost for exchanges or change of mind returns will be incurred by the customer.
