What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes some things don't work out. In such an event we will happily arrange for the exchange or refund of any goods purchased at any Clark Rubber store. We request you familiarize yourself with our Returns Policy below;
1. You return the item within 30 days of purchase;
2. You must have proof of purchase, typically your receipt;
3. The item is not soiled, damaged, is in original and resalable condition and is in its original undamaged packaging (including any accessories and instruction manuals);
4. The item for hygiene reasons, is not a bedding or foam product;
5. The item has not been cut to length or size, or is a Customer Order*; and
6. The item is not sold to you as a clearance ticketed item.
7. Change of mind policy does not apply for Clark Rubber Marketplace and Clark Rubber Direct from Warehouse products (products delivered from our central warehouse).
None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
* Special Orders means orders for goods that are not in stock and the goods were specially obtained for you.
