Super Grab Rubber Spray 500ml Adhesive

Super Grab Fast Tack Spray Adhesive is supplied in 500ml aerosol cans and has been developed to provide very fast tack times for upholstery, open-cell foam, and carpet contact bonding applications. It is a versatile industrial strength spray contact adhesive, allowing it to be used in a wide range of situations. The adhesive is clear, with an adjustable nozzle which allows for more control over the spray and reduces mess, and high initial bond strength ensures the items remain in place while the adhesive cures to maximum strength. It is suitable to use on rubber, wood, plastic, glass and metal.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• This product is designed to be applied to both surfaces to be bonded.
• Make sure that surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, loose paint, wax or grease, etc.
• Shake the aerosol well before use.
• Applying an even coat of adhesive to obtain 80% to 100% coverage of both surfaces. Spray one surface vertically and the other surface horizontally.
• If necessary, spray another coat of adhesive in areas that appear to need more adhesive.
• Allow the adhesive to tack off until no adhesive transfers to the knuckle when touched.
• Press surfaces together with adequate pressure. A roller is recommended to apply a uniform pressure to achieve maximum strength. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully dry.

For best results keep adhesive between 16°C-27°C
