How will my refund be processed?

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. We'll keep you updated by email so keep an eye on your inbox, and be sure to check your junk folder too!

When will I be refunded for my returned order(s)?

The time it takes for your refund to get back into your account depends on a number of factors. Generally this can take between 5-10 business days to appear back in your account.

We recommend speaking to your financial institution as first point of call. 

I returned my item(s), will the delivery fee be refunded?

Delivery charges on your order will be excluded from the refund unless the item is deemed faulty*.  In which case we will refund the original postage amount once the item has been received and inspected at a Clark Rubber store.
